Inspection Services
Thank you for choosing J. Sparks Home Inspections !
This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.
Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.
A Multi-Unit Inspection is an inspection of a property that has two to four units. It is much like a regular home inspection, because every item in each unit is inspected.
Having each unit inspected is very important because each unit can have unique problems.
The inspection for a condo or townehome is still a home inspection but there are some differences. The interior will be inspected although you can still request that certain things, like the roof, to be inspected.
